Hi, I’m Rachel Dixon - I help people build strength, confidence, and energy through personal training that actually fits their lives. I believe fitness shouldn’t be complicated or overwhelming-it should be effective, sustainable, and tailored to YOU.
I have over 12 years of experience coaching men and women of all ages. I am certified in personal training and corrective exercise. I focus on creating workouts and nutrition strategies that are simple, realistic, and results-driven. Whether you train with me in person or virtually, my goal is the same: help you feel strong, capable, and energized in your body everyday.
When I’m not coaching, I’m a wife, mom to one daughter, and three stepkids. My hobbies are running, pickleball, baking, and traveling. I know firsthand how life gets busy, which is why I design training that actually works for real people with real schedules.
